Midmark Corporation and Advanced Data Systems today announced the completed integration of Midmark IQecg, IQspiro and IQholter devices with the MedicsDocAssistant EHR. The integration is constructed to allow for the embedding of clean, clear images, charts, graphs, and reports directly from the Midmark devices into the patient's electronic record.
The MedicsDocAssistant EHR then allows physicians to view side-by-side comparisons of current and previous findings to determine patient progress. In addition, with Midmark IQpath technology, the devices work in an ASP or thin-client environment, reducing data loss and corruption due to network congestion or latency issues. Physicians can easily view data, observe changes, and issue new orders, labs, medications, etc. directly from the MedicsDocAssistant EHR record.
