Douglas E. Masini, EdD, RRT-NPS, RPFT, AE-C, FAARC, is associate professor and director of respiratory therapy at Armstrong Atlantic State University and clinical assistant professor of internal medicine at Mercer College of Medicine.  Both are located in Savannah, Ga.  He has authored and edited numerous journal articles and book chapters about respiratory care, implementing protocols, and ethics. Masini has a special interest in teaching respiratory care students using new media methods.
