The American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology recognized ADVANCE Newsmagazines for its reporting on the transition from CFC to HFA inhalers. The video "HFA Inhalers: Easing the Transition" won an honorable mention in the New Media category of the Samter Journalism Awards.
The Samter Journalism Awards were developed to recognize the best reporting of the role of the allergist/immunologist and allergy, asthma and immunologic disease.
